Core Filling Configuration

The machine offers two optional filling principles to adapt to different material viscosities: piston-type filling for medium-to-high viscosity liquids like conditioner and body lotion, and gear pump-type filling for low-viscosity fluids such as shower gel and liquid detergent. The filling capacity ranges from 50ml to 1000ml, which can be flexible adjusted to accommodate with various bottle sizes, from small travel-sized containers to large family-sized bottles. With an impressive filling accuracy of ±0.5%, it ensures consistent product dosage per bottle, effectively reducing material waste and guaranteeing product quality uniformity.

High-Efficiency & Intelligent Operation

Equipped with a PLC control system and a user-friendly touch screen interface, the machine allows operators to easily set, store, and recall filling parameters such as volume, speed, and nozzle quantity. The automated workflow covers auto bottle conveying, bottle positioning, filling, and bottle discharging, eliminating manual intervention and significantly boosting production efficiency. The filling speed can reach 30–120 bottles per minute, and the speed is adjustable according to bottle specifications and production requirements, making it suitable for both small-batch customization and large-scale mass production.

Food & Cosmetic Grade Material & Design

All parts in direct contact with materials are crafted from 304 or 316L stainless steel, which meets strict food and cosmetic industry hygiene standards. The material is anticorrosive, easy to clean, and free from harmful substances, ensuring the safety and purity of the filled products. The machine structure adopts modular design, with filling nozzles that can be quickly disassembled and assembled, facilitating daily cleaning and maintenance, and effectively preventing cross-contamination between different products.

1. No-bottle no-filling function: The machine is equipped with a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor that detects bottle presence in real time. If no bottle is detected at the filling station, the system will automatically stop filling, avoiding material waste and equipment contamination.

2. Anti-drip filling nozzles: Each filling nozzle is fitted with a precision anti-drip valve. After filling is completed, the valve closes instantly to prevent residual liquid from dripping, keeping the bottles and the production line clean.

3. Stable bottle conveying system: The conveyor belt uses a soft, non-slip material to securely hold bottles during transportation, preventing bottle tipping or displacement during the filling process and ensuring smooth operation.
