Description

The Automatic 6-Head Serum Mask Filling and Sealing Machine is a high-efficiency, precision-engineered piece of packaging equipment tailored for the cosmetic industry, specifically designed to automate the filling and sealing of serum-infused facial masks. This machine integrates a full set of automated operations, eliminating manual intervention in key production steps and reducing human error:

Equipped with a prefabricated bag feeding system, compatible with three-side sealed or four-side sealed mask pouches (common in the cosmetic sector).

The feeding mechanism uses suction cups and conveyor belts to separate and transport empty pouches one by one to the positioning station, with a sensor-based alignment function to ensure accurate pouch placement.

The 6 filling heads operate synchronously, connected to a constant-pressure liquid storage tank and precision metering pumps (piston pumps or magnetic drive pumps are standard configurations).

The filling volume is adjustable (typically ranging from 5–200mL) to accommodate different mask specifications, such as essence-rich sheet masks or concentrated serum masks.
